Topic: Cooking For Healthy Allergy Free with Kim and Rachael

What we can learn from Kim @ Cook It Allergy Free - Kim is a wife and mother to those with celiac disease. She found her passion for cooking and baking gluten and allergy-free in creating recipes for her family. This passion drove her to obtain her Master’s in Nutrition, “Teaching others how to learn to enjoy allergy-free cooking and focus on healthy living has become my mission”. She has ipad and iphone applications available that show you substitutions for your favorite recipes (she’ll show us how to use this)! What we can learn from Chef Rachel, The Healthy Cooking Coach - Chef Rachel is the author of The Garden of Eating and The Ice Dream Cookbook. You’ll find many recipes that are dairy, wheat and gluten free, but she is schooled in cooking and baking for all food allergies. She can help you learn that even though your options seem limited, there are actually plenty of healthy and delicious choices out there!
